We invite you to join your colleagues at a presentation focusing on
Stormwater and the Rules and Regulations Governing its Management.
The third of three (3) seminars will focus on the methods used for the
recharging of stormwater, its importance, and its benefits with respect to
the maintenance of stream base flow, protection of wetlands and ripar-ian
habitats, and the reduction and management of post-development
stormwater volumes. The seminar will include a review of different re-charge
techniques including green roofs, dry wells, porous pavement, in-filtration
swales and infiltration basins. Discussion of these techniques
will include a review of the sizing, design and construction principles
needed for successful and effective stormwater recharge.
The seminar will be given by Stephen Souza, Ph.D., President of Prince-ton
Hydro, LLC. and sponsored by the North Jersey District Water Supply
Commission. The presentation will take place on Monday, June 6, 2005
from 2:00PM-4:00PM at Passaic County Community College:

is no fee for the seminar and a light lunch will
