We invite you to join your colleagues at a presentation focusing on Stormwater and the Rules and Regulations Governing its Management. The second of three (3) seminars will cover specific topics such as general design and construction for vegetative BMPs including created wet-lands, wet ponds, vegetative swales and vegetative buffers. As you are aware, under the new Municipal Stormwater Regulation Program, municipalities are required to provide public education and outreach for its residents. Working cooperatively with NJDWSC in the activities outlined above, your community would be credited for complying with the Public Education Portion of the Municipal Stormwater Regulation Program.

The seminar will be given by Stephen Souza, Ph.D., President of Prince-ton Hydro, LLC. and sponsored by the North Jersey District Water Supply Commission. The presentation will take place on Monday, Feb. 14, 2005 from 2:00PM-4:00PM at Passaic County Community College:
