Mission:
The OSC shall be chaired by a member of the PAC and shall develop, research and review the criteria for open space preservation. The OSC shall develop the methods and approaches for identifying types of land, parcels of land or association of individual parcels of land, which influence, support, or impact the vision and goals established by the PAC. The OSC will identify where these findings can be applied specifically within WMA 6. The committee will also identify specific critical parcels of land influencing, supporting, or impacting the vision and goals established by the PAC; and shall recommend approaches and support implementing its recommendations.
